I purchased a vehicle from JP Motors recently and had an exceptional customer service experience. I am from Thunder Bay and wanted to fly down to the Toronto area to purchase a vehicle because of the limited selection we have here. I tried to buy a vehicle from two other places. I put a a deposit on the cars, but when someone walked on to the lot they sold the car and just refunded my money. It was getting frustrating. A friend of mine and I had dealt with JP Motors about three years ago. They were awesome then and were awesome again this time. I called the Internet Sales team (Melissa and Samantha) and they took a larger deposit than customary to ensure the car was held. I mailed the license plate part of my ownership and when I arrived a week later all I had to do was sign the Bill of Sale and pay the remaining balance. I flew into Pearson Airport at 8am on Saturday morning. When I asked the Sales Team if someone could pick me up from there they did not hesitate to volunteer. Dave went out of his way to pick me up at the airport. it definitely didn’t hurt that he’s good looking; the car ride to Burlington was better than bearable. I am thrilled with my new car! The interior was spotless and it seems to be mechanically sound. I had a 1800 trip in two days to get the car back to Thunder Bay so the team made sure I had a fresh oil change, wiper fluid, etc. and was ready to hit the road with confidence in my new car. I would definitely deal with JP Motors again and will recommend this company to my friends and family.
