I purchased a vehicle from JP Motors recently and had an exceptional customer service experience. I am from Thunder Bay and wanted to fly down to the Toronto area to purchase a vehicle because of the limited selection we have here. I tried to buy a vehicle from two other places. I put a a deposit on the cars, but when someone walked on to the lot they sold the car and just refunded my money. It was getting frustrating. A friend of mine and I had dealt with JP Motors about three years ago. They were awesome then and were awesome again this time. I called the Internet Sales team (Melissa and Samantha) and they took a larger deposit than customary to ensure the car was held. I mailed the license plate part of my ownership and when I arrived a week later all I had to do was sign the Bill of Sale and pay the remaining balance. I flew into Pearson Airport at 8am on Saturday morning. When I asked the Sales Team if someone could pick me up from there they did not hesitate to volunteer. Dave went out of his way to pick me up at the airport. it definitely didn't hurt that he's good looking; the car ride to Burlington was better than bearable. I am thrilled with my new car! The interior was spotless and it seems to be mechanically sound. I had a 1800 trip in two days to get the car back to Thunder Bay so the team made sure I had a fresh oil change, wiper fluid, etc. and was ready to hit the road with confidence in my new car. I would definitely deal with JP Motors again and will recommend this company to my friends and family.

(Pending receiving the SUV) As Monique and I are both in sales we greatly appreciate all the effort you made to accommodate us and make it an easy and fun process.

I am typing this as I hold the keys to the newest DREAM car that Brian Mederios got for me. I am so impressed with this man that I have to tell on him!

I met Brian 6 years ago while looking for a new car. At that time he said Shelley I am going to get you your dream car. I was a bit skeptical because used car salesmen did not have the best reputation for honesty. He did. I have since sent my sister to him , my husband , my friends AND even my Mom! Brian was SO nice helping my beloved Mom with a new car too! While at the bank in Dundas yesterday, getting out my down payment , the teller said she had also bought two cars from Brian and we were happy to speak with each other about the guy we feel SO highly about !

JP Motors Sales team is awesome ! They are the most attentive salespeople we have ever dealt with. We went in with a negative equity situation and came out with an almost new car! The service is amazing. Phone calls were returned almost immediately (and there were a lot!) Ryan the business manager was awesome too. They did everything in their power to get us a vehicle. They gave us many options.
Delivery was within 3 business days. We applied on a Tuesday and picked up the car on Friday.

I highly recommend this dealership. These guys know their stuff and will be only up front and honest with you. If you have not-so-good credit, no worries, this is the place for you.

Tracy and the staff were great. The sales rep " Rob" and the credit manager Dave were professional and easy to work with and understand all the options and details. The car was serviced and adding on the Gap Insurance made sense. Very happy with the car.

I would like to thank Sales Rep. Ed Firth for his patience in finding me THE PERFECT CAR, at the right price, without any "pressure" selling.

I would especially like to thank and compliment Delivery Coordinator Tracy Thomson for her skill in handling all of the paperwork and coordinating the additional work that I requested, including her patience in tracking the spare set of keys for my vehicle.

I must say I was skeptical before my husband and I decided to drive into JP Motors after visiting 3 other dealerships and getting nowhere. (I'm not a fan of car dealerships/salesmen). However once we were greeted and shown the area of SUV's we were looking for I noticed the prices were less than the other 3 we went to. The selection is large and the staff seemed to be relaxed, courteous and informative rather than pushy. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality pre owned car truck or van. We love our new Escape!
